Heat in. Cold out.
EXORA recycles thermal byproducts ranging from 35 to 200°C into valuable cooling resources between 5 and 22°C. This innovative process not only enhances energy efficiency but also supports sustainable cooling solutions for various industries.
The problem - market reality
Global cooling demand vs. thermal byproducts losses.
Synergy
The Opportunity
Industrial sites and data centers simultaneously generate waste heat and require cooling. The overlap is the market.
Growth
The projection
Global cooling needs are skyrocketing, projected to reach 840 TWh by 2030
→ equivalent to the output of approximately 100 nuclear reactors.
Recovery
The untapped Resource
Over 1000TWh of low-grade waste heat (<200°C) is currently rejected by industrial processes and data centers.
1/3
1000TWh of recoverable heat are lost each year, while over 850TWh of cold will be needed by 2030.
Our solution - Exora adsorption chillers
Unlocking up to 90% saving on electricity consumptions with low-temperature heat recovery.
Instead of consuming large amounts of electricity, we harness your own waste heat to drive the cooling process — cutting energy use and carbon footprint at once.
Efficiency
Efficiency

90% less electricity consumption
Our heat-to-cooling conversion system consumes 90% less electricity than traditional systems, directly lowering operational expenses.
Capacity

Power Capacity Optimization
By significantly reducing the cooling load on the electrical grid, EXORA unlocks 90% of the power capacity previously reserved for cooling. This allows you to reallocate vital energy resources to your core IT or industrial operations.
Environment

Roadmap
From Lab to Market — Our Development Roadmap.
Past
R&D Consolidation & IP Security
Proven technological foundation built on 25 years of academic research. We hold two core patents covering our water adsorption materials, and our technology was selected for Pre-Maturation funding by PSL University, confirming its industrial potential. Experimental performance has been validated at the 1kW scale.
Today
Technical Validation & Seed Readiness
Currently operating at TRL 4-5 with €560k in secured non-dilutive funding from PSL/ExTase Maturation and Bpifrance. Our 5kW unit cell POC is undergoing internal testing. Our core team is fully established. Commercial traction is building, with ongoing market exploration and formal Letters of Intent from industrial partners
Upcoming
Scaled Prototyping & Deployment
Immediate expansion kicks off this summer with our 5kW unit cell Proof of Concept (POC) deployed at a partner site for real-world condition testing. To accelerate manufacturing scale-up, we are closing a €2-3M Seed round in November 2026. This runway drives the installation of our first commercial-grade 60kW Minimum Viable Product (MVP) through established system integrator partnerships by Spring 2027.
Strategic Partnership & Investment Opportunity
Scaling a Validated Deeptech Solution for a €77bn Global Market.
